Ellwood Enterprises is a consulting firm that focuses on strategic leadership development and implementation of strategic programs involving leadership development, innovation and technology.

Cathy Ellwood founded the company in 2012 in response to what she considered to be an emerging challenge for most organizations - accelerating the development of leaders who possess the necessary skills and competencies to capitalize on the advances of technology.  She recognized that most leaders were trained using management philosophies that worked well in the 20th century but aren't as effective in leading organizations that are constantly changing; those that require leaders to think strategically, manage multiple and competing priorities and, most important, bring out the best in others.
